The Forge was birthed out of a desire to create a healthy TRIBE of men in Lubbock, Texas.

In our experience we have found that there are four pieces to that journey of development as a man:

  • Developing Disciplines

  • Learning Wisdom

  • Engaging Community

Our goal and desire is to begin to develop and foster TRIBES of men that are living on mission to become who God created and designed them to be.

We have spent the last few years developing systems and opportunities to build and develop a tribe.

Our desire is to see TRIBES of men thrive in communities.
